During the project, our experts were resident in client’s office, doing the following activities:
Participating in coordination meetings with local and foreign consultants and contractors such as TAKAPPOO, OXIN SANAT, FLS, Siemens, Pfiffer, ABB, TKF, CPAG, Helmke and all other suppliers as the electrical team of the Shargh Cement
Approving all technical documents supplied by contractors
Preparation of purchase and services tender documents
Corresponding with other parties via emails and letters
Periodic supervision on manufacturing at local and foreign manufacturers’ workshops
Participating in factory acceptance tests and delivery meetings
Investigating the contractors Invoices
Approving all as built documents
Participating in temporary and final meetings
