1. Design Department (Basic and Detail Engineering):

In this Department electrical distribution system and Instrumentation ,also Control system are engineered .Some typical documents are as below:
- Single Line Diagram at high voltage level.
- Short Circuit Analyses of high voltage level distribution system.
- Main station and Substation design at 66 and 6.3 KV up to LV level (04. And0.230KV).
- Cable engineering, Cable tunnel/channels drawings.

- Consumables estimates such as Pipe, Cable Shoe ? Bracket.

2. Manufacturing and Supplying Department:

Etec outsources manufacturing of Panels, Trays etc .Besides all supervisions and coordination would be done by our experts at site also at the workshops

3. Erection and Commissioning Department:

In this department, the erection of all electrical, control and instrumentation equipments is done. Also the department is responsible for all commissioning activities, including cold and warm.
For these purposes, the site mobilization is done and technical office is founded by assigning erection experts.
Some of equipments which this department is able to erect are:

• 6.3 kV transformers with power 2500 kW and all power and signal cables
• All electrical consumers e.g. MV (6300 V) and LV (400 V) motors, motorized gates, heaters, valves, etc.
• Cables trays and ladders according to designed cable routs
• All types of cables including MV, LV, Control, Instrument, Fiber optic, Profibus, Ethernet, etc.
• Instruments and connecting all cables to them

As expressed above, commissioning based on commissioning instructions is another activity of this department which is done as below in four steps:

• Loop checking and signal checking
• No load and opened coupling commissioning of motors and other consumers (Cold commissioning)
• Commissioning of motors and consumers with load (Warm commissioning)
• Final setting of control system according to project conditions.
